Registration

• 1. Early Bird Price for Individual/Retired Member - Registration Fee (ends August 15, 2026) – $195.00
  Early Bird pricing for current members is available now through August 30, 2026.
  
  If you are not a member, or if you need to renew your membership, Click and pay for your membership below and then come back to the website and register for the conference.
• 2. Individual/Retired Member Registration Fee (After July 31, 2026) – $245.00
  Individual/Retired Member Registration Rate after July 31, 2026 through September 8, 2026.
• 3. Non-Member Individual/Retired Attendee Fee – $395.00
  Not a member? Sign up for a membership and then register at the lower rate. Please pay for your membership and then log in to your account to pay the member fee.
• 4. Vendor/Corporate Member Registration Fee – $1,000.00
  Includes up to 2 attendees. You will be contacted by OPFMA@osconline.org in to complete additional vendor information required for the conference.
• 5. Vendor/Corporate Evening Event Sponsorship – $500.00
  Available to all Corporate vendors to sponsor the evening event with our attendees. This will be located under your company information on the registration form. Click this choice if you would like to be a sponsor. We will be in contact once we get your registration.
• 6. Additional Vendor/Corporate Attendees – $250.00
  For each additional corporate attendee after the 2 issued with a Corporate Member Registration.
  
  Not a Corporate Member? You can sign up under Corporate Membership.
• 7. Vendor/Corporate Registration Fee for a Non-Member – $1,500.00
  Includes up to 2 attendees.
  
  Not a member? You can sign up for a membership with a Vendor/Corporate Membership. Please pay for your membership and then log into your account to pay the Vendor/Corporate Member Fee.
  
  You will be contacted by OPFMA@osconline.org to complete additional vendor information required for the conference.
• Individual Membership - Must be paid separately from your registration fee. – $50.00
  If you are not currently a member or need to renew your Individual Membership choose this option.
  
  This is paid SEPARATELY from the event registration. You will need to create an account or log back into your account to pay for your membership.
• Vendor/Corporation Membership Fee - Must be paid separately from your registration fee. – $750.00
